TANGO-Circular Training Programme
An asynchronous e-training platform will be designed to facilitate training and information sharing. Participants will be able to log in from any location to download and/or share documents, presentations, video-tutorials, lectures, as well as send emails to their peers and/or teachers. Participants will also be free to use online tests to evaluate their progress. In addition, a blueprint for a virtual “TANGO-Circular Farm” will be prepared.
The training material will be developed in accordance with the main findings of Work Package 2 (WP2) regarding analysis of training needs and specifications. The curriculum will be complemented with specific case studies, with the intention of deeply understanding the theoretical background and facilitating the application of best practices in future employment. The material will be consistent with the ECTS credits in order to be easily adopted by HEIs curriculums.

TANGO-Circular Training Modules
The training modules will be based on the outcomes of WP2 (Analysis of needs, PEST analysis, skills validation, aggregation and specifications consensus) and WP3 (Biomass and non-organic waste data sharing & control infrastructure).
The Tango curriculum will indicatively include the following chapters:
Module 1: Classification of agricultural biomass
Module 2: Valorization of agricultural biomass
Module 3: Valorization of agro-food co-products, byproducts and organic residuals
Module 4: Classification of agricultural plastic waste
Module 5: Collection, transportation and recycling of Agricultural Plastic Waste
Module 6: De-contamination and valorization of Agricultural Plastic Packaging Waste
Module 7: Waste & biomass legislation
Module 8: Environmental, territorial and economic planning, associated with each form of valorization
Module 9: Advantages and disadvantages of valorisation techniques of agricultural by-products
