This WP aims the following:
To ensure the quality of the project execution and its deliverables.
To identify potential risks management strategies.
To revise and maintain the project work plan.
To ensure accurate and timely communication flow among the project partners.
Management of the project will be overseen by the WP7- Quality Management members, internally, while an External Administrative Board (EAB) will undertake external management and review.

Training modules and
E-training platform
An asynchronous e-learning platform will be developed to facilitate training and information sharing between people in the “Educational”/VET network. Participants will be able to log in from any location and then download and/or share:

Online tests to evaluate their progress and send emails to their peers and/or teachers. Finally, a blueprint for a virtual “TANGO-Circular Farm” i.e., an online virtual space where users will be able to virtually navigate and see educational material in various formats such as photos, videos, texts, etc., will be prepared.

Quality Management
This work package focuses on internal monitoring and management measures to guarantee the quality of the project processes and outcomes. Quality Assurance activities mainly include:
• The validation of training material with focus groups.• The delivery of standardized audit reports and the continuous quality assurance and risk/opportunities assessment.
The quality aspect of the project will be supervised by the members of the Quality Assurance Committee - QAC, ensuring that there is at least one representative from each participating group (HEIs, VET providers, public institutions, private associations, no-profit civil organizations). The QAC members will monitor and review the progress and evaluate the quality of Work Plans execution. Moreover, an External Advisory Board (EAB) will contribute external expertise and validation of the material.

The main objective of WP2 is the compilation of the most recent data on current and anticipated training needs (a comprehensive training needs analysis) in the field of agricultural waste management. For this objective, the main results from the former SAGRI project will be exploited, along with existing training curricula, best practices, techniques and innovative technologies. Additional intensions of this work package constitute the identification of innovative method and skill requirements, as well as the recognition of new e-skills that will be required to supply the future farmers in the field.

Implementation
of Rural Labs
The overall objective of WP5 is to prototype, test, validate and implement Rural Labs as an innovative training-driven, public-private organizational model of interactive innovation at local level, to co-develop innovative systems for training “on the field” farmers and every kind of stakeholder included in the chain of agricultural biomass, as well as other types of non-organic waste. Rural Labs will be implemented in four Partner Countries, i.e.: Greece (operated by INASO-PASEGES); Italy (hosted by UPI Puglia and operated in co-operation with ENAPRA-Confagricoltura); Portugal (operated by AJAP); and Spain (operated by FCAC). This WP will include circular Bio-Business models, together with public-private actions for its helpful development.

Project Evaluation
Main objective of WP8 is the assessment of the quality of outputs and results of the project. The internal review, performed by the members of WP8, will assess the outputs of each Work Package. The evaluation will be based on effectiveness and efficiency criteria. The EAB will be led by one Public Institution, having expressed its interest to transfer the results of the Project on territories, also with the aim to propose new legislation/standard at Regional/local level, when applicable.

Biomass and non-organic waste data sharing & control infrastructure
The key objective of WP3 is the deployment of a data-sharing, control and monitoring/management platform for agricultural co-products, by-products, residuals and wastes, which will support and complement the training material development in WP4. Under this Work Package, all ICT tools (Geographical Information System – GIS; Decision Support System – DSS; etc.) supporting the implementation of the four collaborating Rural Labs will be elaborated, so as to be connected to the training platform as well.

Training activities
The key objective of WP6 is the design and implementation of training sessions, aiming not only at the transfer of knowledge to farmer/ stakeholder learners, but also at the promotion of sustainable development of the rural communities. The training sessions will be categorized into 3 different categories:
Training for farmers and related intermediaries/stakeholders (1st and 2nd tier learners). This training category will mainly focus on teaching the trainees on the benefits that can be attained through the valorization of agricultural biomass and non-organic waste, its’ practical application, real-time video streaming and use of practical case studies.Training sessions for HEIs will be allocated according to ECTS credits. Training will be based on classroom instruction and, where possible, on-site experiential learning.
Training on e- skills in rural communities (2nd tier learners) will target the development and/or empowering of the e-skills of farmers for their exploitation in their profession.

Dissemination
and
Exploitation of results
Objectives of this WP are referred to activities for the dissemination and exploitation of results. The goals of this work package are to:
Raise awareness and spread information about the project’s aims, activities and outputs among target groups and end beneficiaries in order to increase the project outreach at a national and European level.
Engage the project’s target groups, end beneficiaries and intermediary stakeholders, and gain their support in order to commercialize, mainstream, accredit the project’s tangible outcomes.
A Multiplier Group (MG) that will be progressively enlarged to interested stakeholders, will contribute to outreach the Project results during and after the Project conclusion.
